Three questions this week tripped up most of the players. Only three of 26 players answered “no,” to question #1: Would the first team that scores win?  Surprisingly to me, only five players answered that Oklahoma receivers would have more yards receiving than Isaiah Bond and Gunnar Helm combined. If Bond hadn’t been injured early in the game, that question might have gone the other way. The third question that proved difficult was Oklahoma’s 30:30 time of possession. Only five of 26 went over and got that one right. There were three other questions that a large majority of players got wrong.

Rising above the carnage, John Spafford emerged victorious with eight correct answers. John was a two-time winner last season and consistently finished in the top three. He takes home $80 for the effort.

Dan Adams and Mitch Frink tied for second with seven correct. Mark Adams, Lesley Bohmann, Tyler Cotton, Helen Frink, D.R. Flower, and Kevin Hill tied for fourth with six correct.

The average score was 4.9.
