The SEC Championship Over/Under proved as challenging as the game itself, with an average score of five for the 22-player field. Tyler Cotton and Helen Frink tied for first in regulation with seven correct answers. Tyler edged Helen in the tiebreaker for the victory with his Clemson and Penn State picks. Helen stumbled with her pick of SMU.
In first for Over/Under, the first and second-place finishers weren’t eligible for Moneyball. Tyler by choice, Helen by rule. So, the Moneyball winner came from six players who tied for third with six correct answers, including Eric Vogl, John Spafford, D.R. Flower, Rick Mosher, Zach Moorhead, and Clayton Frink. Five of the group of six went 1-1 in the pick ‘em tiebreaker. Eric Vogl went 2-0 with Clemson and Oregon and takes home this week’s $80 bounty.
