With 6 correct answers, a five-way tie this week included Zach Moorhead, Eric Vogl, Clayton Frink, Mark Adams, and David Frink. I can’t remember 6 ever being good enough for first place.
In the pick ‘em phase of the tiebreaker, Mark, Zach, and Eric were eliminated, each going 0-2 with picks of Alabama and Tennessee. David and Clayton remained tied at 1-1. Clayton picked A&M (a winner) and Tennessee (a loser). David picked Alabama (a loser) and South Carolina (a winner), forcing the contest into the final tiebreaker: the Ole Miss-Texas score prediction.
Clayton predicted Ole Miss over Texas 27-24. Did David predict his beloved Longhorns would be victorious? He did! Not only that, but he came close to nailing the exact score, predicting Texas by 34-31. David takes home $65 for the effort.
Take a deep bow, David! 😊

Holy prognostication, Batman! Finally won one. More pleased than I was walking out of a raucous DKR Saturday night!
